What Happens When You Call
We start by asking what you have in mind: a new driveway, a patio, a pool deck, steps or a side yard. We ask how big the area is, what is there now and how you plan to use it. If old concrete has to come out first, we talk about demolition and haul-off up front so nothing catches you off guard later. Then we set a time to visit your home in Brea or a nearby town like Fullerton or Yorba Linda, take measurements and check slope and drainage.
If the concrete you want replaced was damaged by something your policy might cover, such as a fallen tree or a vehicle, mention it on the call. We can photograph and measure what we find and put together a written, line-item estimate you can share with your insurer. We are not your adjuster and we will not guess what a claim will pay. We can explain the usual steps, though, so you know what to ask.
Good to Have Ready Before You Call
- A rough size of the area, even a pace count or a guess in feet is fine.
- A few phone photos of the spot, including any cracked or broken concrete that needs to come out.
- Your claim number and any notes from the adjuster if insurance may be involved.
- A sense of your timing and any HOA rules that apply to your property.
